I. Preamble

II. Bestowal

Completely independent of any past or present payment arrangement and without any moral, ethical, or legal duty Mrs. Kathrin Glock, after due consideration and of her own free will in terms of a bestowal, agrees to generously allocate a cash amount of 10,000 Euro as a gift as defined by § 3 ErbStG to Mrs. [] (previously []), born []. Mrs. Kathrin Glock hereby explicitly declares that this gift (generous allocation among living persons) is, from her perspective, given with intention of enrichment, free of charge and generously and will knowingly and intentionally lead to the enrichment of Mrs. [] (previously []) as recipient of the gift. Mrs. Kathrin Glock agrees to give notice according to § 121a BAO – Gift Report Act 2008 and to verifiably inform the donor about the performance of this reporting duty.

This bestowal is realized as generous gift by the real delivery of the promised cash amount of 10,000 Euro on 07/11/2013 in 9220 Velden.

Mrs. [] accepts this generous gift and thanks Mrs. Kathrin Glock most cordially for this generous gift. Out of gratitude towards her granddaughter Kathrin Glock, Mrs. [] promises to immediately stop making further malicious and reputation-damaging statements of any kind (see Facebook post by []) against the families Ing. Gaston and Kathrin Glock as well as [] and [] and their descendants and refrain from doing the same in the future. Mrs. [] appreciates Mr. Ing. Gaston Glock and his wife Kathrin very much and will make sure that the members of the family will also abide by this declaration.

III. Obligation of Secrecy and gross ingratitude

All persons mentioned in this declaration agree to maintain absolute silence towards anyone, even towards family members.

This refers to all circumstances that became known by this declaration, specifically information about the families Ing. Gaston and Kathrin Glock, [] and [] about any financial, business-related, and personal circumstances. In the event of an infringement of the secrecy provisions the families Ing. Gaston and Kathrin Glock reserve the right to take legal action.

Furthermore it is noted that the gift in question can be revoked by Mrs. Kathrin Glock in the possible event of gross ingratitude which might result in the gift recipient’s duty to refund the payment.

IV.

Jurisdiction for all conflicts resulting from this declaration is the District Court Villach that is hereby given jurisdiction.

Sehr geehrte Leser,

dieser Blog hat mehr Interesse geweckt als ich jemals erwartet hätte. Ich bitte um etwas Geduld um alle E-Mails beantworten zu können.

Zurück zum Thema. Jüngst ist mir ein Vertrag zugespielt worden welchen Frau Glock unter psychischen und moralischem Zwang ihrer Großmutter aufgebürdet hat.

Aus diesem Vertrag geht hervor dass die Großmutter eine “Schenkung” in Höhe von 10.000,- (Zehntausend) Euro von Frau Glock erhält. So weit ja noch recht liebenswürdig. Doch dann der Hammer: diese so genannte “Schenkung” (welche nur einen Bruchteil der Investition in Familie Tschikof seitens der Großmutter entspricht) kann von Frau Glock zurück gefordert werden, gesetzt den Fall dass Details aus Frau Glock’s Vergangenheit bekannt werden. Wie viel Angst muss dieser Mensch haben der so radikal gegen die eigene Familie schießt? Doch es kommt noch besser denn dieser Vertrag ist ohnehin widerrechtlich! Wenn man sich den Vertrag genauer durchliest, stellt man fest dass die Großmutter sich und ihre restliche Familie (welche den Vertrag weder signierte noch davon wusste) zum Stillschweigen verpflichtet!

Es kann doch unmöglich rechtens sein dass ein jemand einen Vertrag für eine dritte Partei abschließt und für diese dann auch noch haftet?

Verehrte Leser, ich werde im Laufe der kommenden Woche diesen Vertrag hier publizieren. Leider kann ich ihn nicht sofort publizieren da noch Namen und Geburtsdaten von mir zum Schutz der Personen geschwärzt werden müssen.

Persönlich bin ich von der Echtheit dieses Vertrags überzeugt! Aber ich bitte Sie sich in den kommenden Tagen selbst davon zu überzeugen. Ebenso von der Echtheit der Zeugenunterschriften wie zum Beispiel von Herrn Mag. Gerhard Schluga von Tax+Trust Wirtschafts- und Steuerberatung.

This blog has drawn more interest than I ever expected. I kindly ask for your patience until I can respond to all of your emails.

Back to the facts. Recently I received a contract that Mrs. Glock forced on her grandmother by using psychological and moral pressure.

This contract says that the grandmother receives a “gift” in the amount of 10,000 (ten thousand) Euro from Mrs. Glock. So far, this sounds really kind. But then came the doozie: this so-called “gift” (which equals only a fraction of the grandmother’s investment in the Tschikof family) can be reclaimed by Mrs. Glock in the event that details from Mrs. Glock’s past should become known in public. How scared must this person be that attacks the own family so radically? But it gets even better, because the contract is unlawful anyway! If you read the contract carefully, you will find that the grandmother agrees that she and the rest of her family (who did neither sign nor knew about the contract) maintain silence!

It can’t be possibly legal that someone signs a contract for someone else and is even liable for that person?

Dear readers, I will publish the contract here in the course of the coming week. Unfortunately, I can’t publish it immediately, because I have to redact names and birth dates to protect the privacy of the people.

I personally am convinced that this contract is authentic! But I ask you to see for yourself in the coming days. Also, regarding the authenticity of the witnesses’ signatures, e.g. of Mr. Mag. Gerhard Schluga of Tax+Trust Wirtschafts- und Steuerberatung [Auditors].

Frau Kathrin Glock, großzügige Spenderin, Stern der High Society, Wohltäterin, Charity Lady des Jahres, Gewinnerin des Prix de L’Humanite, Hauptsponsorin der Kärntner Polizeibehörde, Käuferin der Rechtsprechung

Sehr geehrte Leser,

in letzter Zeit kam ich in die Verlegenheit mich mit den unfassbaren Zuständen in Kärnten zu befassen. Es ist eine Schande! Das Wort Bananenrepublik ist noch zu harmlos. Nördlichster Balkanstaat trifft es da schon eher.

Kärnten ist ein Bundesland das von Korruption unübertroffen ist. Kontrolliert von einer Waffenlobby/-konzern der absolute Unantastbarkeit genießt.

Jedoch konnte ich einige Menschen und Geschichten aus der Vergangenheit von Frau Glock ausgraben und war erschrocken was sich dort abgespielt hat, und nach wie vor abspielt. Und dass vor unserer Haustüre! Ein Wort, in diesem Blog geht es nicht um Gaston Glock, lediglich um seine aktuelle, 51 Jahre jüngere Frau. Ich weiß weder inwiefern Herr Glock in diese Geschichte involviert ist, noch ob er nicht eventuell auch nur ein weiteres Opfer ist!

Fangen wir doch bei Adam und Eva an, der Familie von Frau Glock, den Tschikof’s.

Über 30 Jahre lang hat sich die komplette Familie Tschikof aushalten lassen. Unter anderem von niemand geringerem als der Mutter von Frau Tschikof und somit Großmutter von Frau Glock. Zum Dank lebt diese heute von gerade einmal 360,- € im Monat, und muss von ihrem Sohn finanziell unterstützt werden. Das traurigste daran ist die Tatsache dass die Dame ihren Lebensabend wirklich sorgenfrei genießen könnte, wenn Sie nicht all ihr Geld, Erbe usw. in diese Schnorrer investiert hätte. Doch nicht genug, aus Angst vor der Veröffentlichung ihrer pre­kären Vergangenheit setzt Frau Glock ihren privaten Schutzdienst ein um die arme 80-jährige Großmutter zu terrorisieren!

Was für Dreck muss dort vergraben sein wenn man seinen Personenschutz rund um die Uhr vor dem Haus der eigenen Oma abstellt, diese überwachen und regelrecht stalken lässt? Die arme Dame wollte sich das natürlich nicht gefallen lassen und suchte einen Kärntner Anwalt auf, doch wie alle Kärntner beugte sich dieser dem radikalisierten, terroristischen Glock-Regime und hatte Angst vor Konsequenzen sollte er Schritte gegen Glock unternehmen!

Kaum war die gute Frau wieder in den eigenen vier Wänden klingelte das Telefon. Ein Anruf von der lieben Nichte welche wissen wollte was Oma wohl beim Anwalt gesucht habe und ihr darauf hin massiv drohte.

Nun in diesem Fall sollte sich man an die Polizei wenden. Oder? In einem Land, in dem Frau Glock die größte Spenderin und Wohltäterin der Polizeibehörde ist? Jene Frau Glock die noch unter dem Namen Kathrin Tschikof, belegbar, unehrenhaft aus dem Polizeidienst entlassen wurde? Eine Frau die einen Weltkonzern führt und dass mit einem Hauptschulabschluss und ohne Berufsausbildung? Eine Frau welche die Kontrolle über einen weltumspannenden Waffenproduzenten hat, ganz zu schweigen von den angeschlossen Sicherheitsunternehmen (welche natürlich alle mit Glock Handfeuerwaffen ausgestattet sind)? Wie dem auch sei, die Polizei schaut untätig zu, wenn das nicht von Befangenheit zeugt?

Verehrte Leser, ich kratze hier momentan nur ein ganz klein wenig an der Oberfläche doch ist mir Material zugespielt worden dass jede meiner Behauptungen belegen kann. Nach und nach werde ich meine Recherchefortschritte hier veröffentlichen und belastendes Material der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich machen.

Mrs. Kathrin Glock, generous donor, high society star, benefactress, Charity Lady of the Year, recipient of the Prix de L’Humanité award, main sponsor of the law enforcement in Carinthia, buyer of the courts

Recently I found myself in the predicament of dealing with the incomprehensible state of things in Carinthia. How disgraceful! The word ‘banana republic’ is even too innocuous. Most northern Balkan State comes much closer.

Carinthia’s corruption is second to none. It is controlled by a gun lobby/corporation with an absolutely sacrosanct status.

However, I was able to dig into Mrs. Glock’s past and found some people and stories, and I was terrified about what was and still is going on there. And all this right at our doorsteps! One note, this blog is not about Gaston Glock, but only about his current wife who is 51 years his junior. I neither know whether Mr. Glock is involved in this story, nor whether he’s just another victim!

Let’s start at the very beginning, Mrs. Glock’s family, the Tschikof’s.

For more than 30 years, the entire Tschikof family lived off others, including Mrs. Tschikof’s mother, Mrs. Glock’s grandmother. In return, she lives on 360 Euro per month and has to get financial support from her son. The saddest thing about that is the fact that this lady really could enjoy her retirement without worries, if she hadn’t invested all her money, inheritance etc. in these moochers. And as s if this was not enough, Mrs. Glock uses her private security service to terrorize her poor 80-year old grandmother for fear of publication of her precarious past.

What kind of dirt must be hidden there, if you place your own personal protection service in front of you own grandmother’s house 24/7 and have them watch and virtually stalk her? The poor lady didn’t want to put up with this of course and went to see a lawyer in Carinthia, but like all Carinthians, he gave in to the radicalized, terroristic Glock regime and was afraid of consequences should he take action against Glock!

As soon as the dear lady returned home, the phone rang. A call from the lovely niece who wanted to know why grandmother went to see the attorney and then massively threatened her.

Well, in this case you should go to the police. Should you really? In a country, where Mrs. Glock is the biggest donor and benefactress of the police? The same Mrs. Glock, who, based on provable facts, had been, under the name Kathrin Tschikof, dishonorably discharged from her duties as a police officer? A woman who directs a global corporation with a certificate of secondary education and without any professional training? A woman who controls a worldwide gun manufacturer, let alone the associated security companies (which, of course, are all equipped with Glock handguns)? Whatever, the police look away, if that’s not bias, what is?

Dear readers, I only scratch the surface here a little bit, but I had material leaked to me that can prove every single one of my statements. Little by little, I will publish the progress of my research here and make incriminating evidence public.
